File Service
This service provides the following actions:
/file/list— list files associated with a work order./file/get— retrieve a file associated with a work order./file/get/metadata— retrieve metadata associated to a work order photo./file/upload— upload a file and associate it to a work order./file/flag/items— list bids and PCR questions that can be flagged to files./file/flag— flag file to a bid or PCR question./file/document/types— list document types.
