This service provides the following actions:
/bid/list— list bids associated with a work order./bid/create— create a bid for a work order./bid/update— update a bid for a work order./bid/delete— delete a bid from a work order./bid/uom— list unit of measure items./bid/invoice/items— list invoice items for which bids can be created.
